Description
This intergenerational program bridges the digital gap by pairing tech-savvy youth with older adults seeking help using smartphones, tablets, and computers. Volunteers provide one-on-one assistance in Cantonese or Mandarin, teaching seniors how to use social media, apps, online services, and digital tools with confidence and safety.

Cantonese Class 10:00am – 11:30am
Mandarin Class 12:30pm – 2:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, patient one-on-one support to seniors
- Assist with common digital tasks (email, texting, video calls, etc.)
- Ensure information is communicated clearly and respectfully
- Troubleshoot simple tech issues with phones, tablets, or laptops
Requirements/Skills
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin
- Confident using iOS, Android, and/or computers
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Respectful, culturally sensitive demeanor
- Patience and adaptability in working with elderly participants
