Current Program Operations
CCSS operating decisions remain authoritative. Air quality, heat, rainfall, wind and other general weather alerts are displayed for information and do not automatically change program operations unless CCSS issues a separate notice. Public holidays and scheduled closure periods are applied automatically. Pro-D Day and Early Dismissal reminders apply only to Connections Kids Club Before & After School Care sites and appear only when the date is approaching; these school-calendar rules do not apply to Connections Childcare Centre. Only snow, freezing rain, winter storm, blizzard or snow-squall alerts automatically flag affected programs for monitoring or possible impact.
