Welcome to Week Two!
We hope everyone had a wonderful first week of the 2026–2027 school year and is settling well into the new school routine.
Please Update Your Child's School Information
As we begin the second week of school, we understand that some students may now have updated Room Numbers, Divisions, Door Numbers, or designated school entrances as schools finalize class placements.
To help our CKC staff locate and pick up your child safely and efficiently after school, please provide your CKC site team with your child's updated school information as soon as it becomes available.

Gradual Entry Reminder
We understand that Kindergarten students are still participating in gradual entry and may not yet be attending the CKC After School Program on a regular basis.
Kindergarten families do not need to wait until their child begins attending CKC regularly before updating us. Once you know your child's Room Number, Division, Door Number, or other relevant pickup information, please feel free to send the information to your CKC site team by text message, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
Providing this information in advance will help our team prepare for your child's transition into regular after-school care.
Please Remember to Pack a Snack
A reminder to families attending our Spul'u'kwuks After School Program that snacks and fruit are not provided by the program. Please ensure that your child brings sufficient food or snacks from home for the after-school period.
Please Pick Up by 6:00 PM
We appreciate families making every effort to pick up their child before the program closes at 6:00 PM. Timely pickup helps ensure that children can be safely transitioned to their families and allows our staff to complete their scheduled duties at the end of the program day.
Minimum charge: $10 · Payable in cash
We understand that unexpected situations can occasionally happen. If you anticipate being late, please contact your CKC site as soon as possible so that our staff are aware and can continue to supervise your child safely.

隨着新學年進入第二個星期，我們知道部分學生的 Room Number（課室）、Division（班別）、Door Number 或指定學校出入口，可能已因學校落實班級安排而有所更新。
為協助 CKC 同事在放學時能夠安全及順利地找到並接送你的孩子，當你收到最新資料後，請盡快通知所屬學校的 CKC 團隊。

Kindergarten Gradual Entry 提醒
我們明白幼稚園學生目前仍處於 Gradual Entry 階段，因此部分學生暫時未必會恆常參加 CKC After School Program。
幼稚園家長毋須等到孩子正式恆常參加 CKC 後才更新資料。當你知道孩子的 Room Number、Division、Door Number 或其他與接送有關的資料後，歡迎隨時透過短訊、WhatsApp、電話或電郵通知所屬學校的 CKC 團隊。
提前收到這些資料，可以讓我們的同事預先做好準備，協助孩子日後順利過渡至恆常的課後托管安排。
請為孩子準備小食
提提參加 Spul'u'kwuks After School Program 的家庭，該課程不會提供小食（Snacks）或水果。請家長為孩子準備足夠的食物或小食，讓孩子於課後時段享用。
請於下午6時前接走孩子
我們感謝各位家長盡量安排在課程於下午6時正結束前接走孩子。準時接送有助我們確保孩子安全地交接予家長，同時讓工作人員能夠在課程結束後完成當日工作。

我們明白偶爾可能會遇到突發或不可預計的情況。如你預計未能準時到達，請盡快聯絡所屬 CKC 課程地點，讓我們的同事知悉情況，並繼續妥善照顧孩子。
