Richmond’s First Library-Based Before & After School Care
Connections Kids Club is proud to expand our licensed Before & After School Care services to Spul’u’kwuks Elementary School in Richmond, bringing trusted childcare support to families in the community.
As a milestone in Richmond’s childcare history, Connections Kids Club is the first Before & After School Care provider operating directly in a school library, setting a new standard for high-quality, school-based programming. Our calm, familiar, and learning-friendly environment helps children feel safe, welcomed, and engaged before and after the school day.
This new centre begin service in March 2026.
Program Hours
Morning Care: 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM (school start)
Afternoon Care: 2:45 PM (school dismissal) – 6:00 PM
Children will enjoy structured and flexible activities designed to support social development, leadership, creativity, and positive relationships—while offering families reliable care that aligns with the school schedule.

Monthly Fees - Full Day Care During Semester Break
Spul’u’kwuks Elementary School has a balanced calendar with three months in session followed by a one-month break. The school breaks are in December, April and August. To accommodate these breaks, we run full-time programs in April and two weeks in December each year.
Camp Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Fees are calculated on a weekly basis (Monday–Friday).
- A minimum of one-week fee will be charged, regardless of the number of days attended within that week.
- Example: If a child attends only 1 or 2 days in each week, the fee for the entire week (Monday–Friday) will still apply.
- Excluding statutory holidays where applicable.
