Terms & Conditions

Full payment is required before the start of the workshop.
No refund and no cancellation after payment of courses.
Each class requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If a course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, we will contact enrolled participants to arrange a credit, refund or substitute class.
In the event of unexpected closures (e.g., extreme weather, power outages), we will make every effort to reschedule the missed class. No refund will be issued due to such closures.
CCSS/CLC reserves the right to adjust course schedules, content or instructors at any time.
We promote a respectful and positive environment. CCSS/CLC reserves the right to remove any participants whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe.
Photos or videos of participants and their course work may be taken and used for promotional purposes (social media, website, brochures, etc.). These will not be sold or shared with third parties.
If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing prior to the start of the course.

CCSS/CLC reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
