Dear CKC Families,
We hope you are enjoying a wonderful summer! As we prepare for the new school year, we would like to share a few important reminders to help ensure a smooth start for everyone.
Tuition Fee Reminder
Finance Department will email your monthly tuition invoice for the following month around the 20th of each month. We kindly ask families to submit payment by the due date indicated on the invoice.
Please note that if tuition fees remain unpaid after the 7th of the month, your child will not be able to attend the program until payment has been received. If tuition remains outstanding for more than one month, the registration will be considered withdrawn, and your child's space may be released.
Vacation & Absence
If your family will be away on vacation, full monthly tuition remains payable regardless of the length of the absence in order to reserve your child's space in the program. For example, if your child is away for two weeks in January, the full January tuition fee is still required.
We also kindly ask families to inform your Site Contact Staff in advance of any planned vacations or extended absences so we can update our attendance records accordingly.
Attendance Reminder
If your child will not be attending care on any given day, please notify the program staff so that we know not to expect them.
As Morning Care is staffed by one educator, we kindly ask families to inform staff during afternoon pickup whenever possible if your child will be attending Morning Care the next day. This helps us plan staffing appropriately and ensure safe supervision for all children.
Sick Policy Reminder
Please keep your child at home if they have any of the following symptoms:
- Fever
- Vomiting
- Any unexplained rash
- Persistent deep or hacking cough
- Diarrhea
- Red discoloration in the whites of the eye(s)
If your child becomes sick while at care, we will contact you immediately so they can be picked up. Please do not bring your child back to the program until they have been symptom-free for at least 24 hours.
Thank you for helping us keep our program safe and healthy for all children.
Weather Preparedness
As the weather gets colder, please ensure your child comes prepared with appropriate outdoor clothing and gear. Children will continue to go outside daily whenever possible.

親愛的童心連心社（Connections Kids Club）家長：
希望大家正享受一個愉快的暑假！隨著新學年即將開始，我們希望與各位分享幾項重要提醒，協助大家為新學年做好準備。
學費繳交提醒
財務部將於每月約20日透過電郵發出下一個月的學費發票（Invoice），敬請家長依照發票上的繳費期限準時以信用卡或Interac e-Transfer繳交學費。
如學費於每月7日後仍未繳清，我們將暫停為該學生提供課前及課後託管服務，直至收到全數學費後方可恢復服務。如學費逾期一個月仍未繳交，我們將視作家長自動退出課程，並有權將學位安排予候補家庭，而毋須另行通知。
假期安排（Family Vacation）
如家庭於學期間安排外遊或其他假期，無論離開時間長短，仍須繳交該月份的全額學費，以保留學生學位。
例如：如小朋友於一月份外遊兩星期，家長仍須繳交一月份全額學費，以保留其託管名額。
此外，為方便我們安排每日點名及人手配置，請家長於已知行程後，盡早通知所屬職員有關請假安排，感謝你的配合。
出席通知
如小朋友當日不會參加託管課程，請家長通知當值職員，讓我們知道毋須等候小朋友到場。
由於早上課前託管時段一般只有一名職員當值，我們懇請家長如盡量於每日放學接送子女時通知職員翌日是否需要課前託管，以便我們及早安排足夠人手，確保所有小朋友得到安全及妥善的照顧。
病假政策
如小朋友出現以下任何症狀，請安排留在家中休息：
- 發燒
- 嘔吐
- 不明原因皮疹
- 持續而嚴重的咳嗽
- 腹瀉
- 眼白發紅
如小朋友於託管期間身體不適，我們將立即聯絡家長安排接回。請待小朋友至少24小時沒有任何症狀後，才安排返回託管服務。感謝各位家長攜手合作，為所有小朋友建立安全及健康的學習環境。
天氣準備
當天氣逐漸轉涼，請家長為小朋友準備合適的戶外衣物及鞋履。只要天氣許可，我們每天都會安排戶外活動。
