Celebrating Connections Through New Beginnings Together
Dear Community Partners,
Lunar New Year is observed across many cultures and communities, including Chinese, Vietnamese (Tết), Korean (설날), and others who follow the lunar calendar. This season is a time of renewal, gratitude, and togetherness.
As we enter the new year, we are also excited to share that CCSS will be expanding our services with creating more opportunities to support children and families in our community.
May the Year of the Horse ahead bring you good health, joy, and meaningful connections with your loved ones and the community. Happy Lunar New Year from all of us at CCSS! 🧧✨

🎙️ CCSS Featured on AM1470 & OMNI News
We were recently featured on Fairchild Radio AM1470 and OMNI News, discussing the challenges youth are facing as unemployment rises across Canada in the second half of 2025.
In the interviews, CCSS highlighted how young job seekers can strengthen their career pathways through volunteering, skill-building, and community connections, especially during uncertain economic conditions and rapid changes driven by technology.
We remain committed to supporting youth with guidance, resources, and meaningful opportunities to stay connected and move forward with confidence.
