Description
Program Assistants play a key behind-the-scenes role in making CCSS’s diverse community programs run smoothly. You’ll work directly with program leaders and other volunteers to support various CCSS programs and events. A great fit for organized and independent volunteers.

⏰ Time: 1.5–3 hours per session
📍 Location: Connections Community Services Society (CCSS)

📅 Commitment: Varies by program, usually 3 months
Programs needing volunteers:
- Tai Chi Class (Thu 10:00–11:30 am)
- Super Senior Group (Wed 10:30 am–12:00 pm)
- Senior Club House (Sat 1:00–4:00 pm)
- Senior Art Class (TBD)
- WeWalk WeTalk (TBD)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with participant registration and check-in
- Manage WhatsApp or WeChat group communication
- Set up and take down materials or equipment
- Take event photos for promotional use
- Report program updates to program leaders
Requirements/Skills
- Highly organized and proactive
- Comfortable using digital communication tools
- Ability to work independently
- Cantonese or Mandarin a plus
- Enjoy working in a community-oriented environment
