The Youth Focus Group is a platform for young people to share voices and ideas, identify issues and service gaps, and help shape better programs and services. Together, we create recommendations and solutions to build a stronger, more youth-friendly community.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Core Members: help lead the Group by shaping topics, organizing and facilitating group sessions, encouraging peer participation and coordinating with staff and participants. Support outreach to recruit other youth participants
- Participants: Attend and actively participate in focus group discussions to share their opinions, ideas, and experiences in focus group sessions
Requirements/ Skills
- Open-minded and willing to share ideas
- Respectful listener and contributor in group settings
- Interest in youth programs and community development
- No prior experience required (first-time participants welcome!)
